WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

  • Fashions Cake is a home-based bakery located in Saint Cloud, Florida. We do not currently have a physical storefront. Orders can be placed through our online store for shipping or local pickup. For privacy, our exact pickup address is provided only to customers who select Local Pickup.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

  • Browse our cookie selection, choose your favorites, add them to your cart, and complete your order at checkout. You’ll be able to select shipping or local pickup before completing your purchase.

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?

  • Yes! Local pickup is available in Saint Cloud, Florida. Select Local Pickup at checkout and choose from the available pickup options. The exact pickup address and instructions will be provided with your order.

WHAT DAYS AND TIMES ARE AVAILABLE FOR LOCAL PICKUP?

  • Local pickup is available on:
  • Thursday: Starting at 4:00 PM
  • Friday: Starting at 2:00 PM
    Saturday: Starting at 2:00 PM
  • Available pickup options will be displayed at checkout. Pickup availability may occasionally vary due to holidays, events, or other circumstances.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN’T PICK UP MY ORDER AT MY SELECTED TIME?

  • Please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to arrange an alternative pickup time based on availability.

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL DELIVERY?

  • At this time, we do not offer local delivery. Customers can choose between local pickup in Saint Cloud or shipping.

DO YOU SHIP YOUR COOKIES?

  • Yes! We ship throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

WHAT DAYS DO YOU SHIP?

  • We currently ship orders every Monday and Wednesday. Our cookies are freshly baked and prepared according to our baking and shipping schedule to ensure the best possible freshness.
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information. Shipping schedules may occasionally vary due to holidays or other circumstances.

ARE YOUR COOKIES BAKED FRESH?

  • Absolutely! Our cookies are freshly baked in small batches using carefully selected, high-quality ingredients. Each order is prepared with care to ensure the best flavor, texture, and freshness.

WHY ARE SOME COOKIE FLAVORS NOT ALWAYS AVAILABLE?

  • Our menu may change based on availability, seasonal flavors, and special releases. Some flavors may only be available for a limited time, while customer favorites may remain on our menu.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY COOKIES?

  • For the best freshness, keep your cookies in their original packaging or in an airtight container at room temperature. For longer storage, cookies can be frozen in a well-sealed, airtight container.

HOW DO I REHEAT MY COOKIES?

  • For that fresh-from-the-oven experience, microwave your cookie for approximately 10–15 seconds.
  • You can also warm it in a preheated oven at 350°F for approximately 5–8 minutes. Heating times may vary.

DO YOUR COOKIES CONTAIN ALLERGENS?

  • Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.
  • Because equipment, utensils, and preparation areas may be shared, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from cross-contact with allergens. If you have a severe food allergy, please contact us before placing your order.

DO YOU OFFER VEGAN OR GLUTEN-FREE COOKIES?

  • At this time, we do not offer vegan or gluten-free cookies.

CAN I PLACE A LARGE ORDER FOR AN EVENT OR SPECIAL OCCASION?

  • Yes! We accept larger cookie orders for birthdays, celebrations, events, and other special occasions. Please contact us in advance so we can discuss availability, quantities, and order details.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

  • Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancellation. Because our cookies are prepared specifically for each order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once preparation has begun.
